Our old built in single oven has always been crap and it is now sufficiently old that I think I can justify replacing it.
But I'm baffled by the huge range of prices. What should I be paying? What features are worth it? Are the Neff sliding hiding door things as awesome as they look? (DH thinks I have been seduced by seeing them on Bakeoff and they're just another gadget to go wrong). Is pyrolytic cleaning sufficiently fabulous to be worth the hassle involved in rewording the plug?
