joining two duvets together which have the same fasteners

I'm trying to join two odd duvets together to form one winter duvet but they both have the same half of a snap fastener ... the male half I guess you could say.
Can you get a two sided female fastener that would allow me to join them together without any sewing cos' I'm too lazy for that.?

But you'd need to sew on the new fasteners even if you could find them...

Just tack them together and then take the stitching out again when the weather warms up again.
