Looking for a cleaner

This is my first post, so apologies if it's in the wrong place or I've not quite followed etiquette. My wife is in hospital and likely to be there for a few months and trying to look after my son and continue to work means I need to find some help with the house. Can anyone recommend a cleaner to help keep the house tidy and perhaps help with the ironing.

I live near Crewe in Cheshire.

I was also just coming on to suggest rated people - I own a cleaning agency (up north unfortunately!) and we get a lot of business from there - because the business has to pay for the lead you tend to get the people who won't mess you around. Gumteee and netmums local (im so sorry mumsnet!!) are also good places to look.
