Riveting question about shopping...

Hi! This is a very dull question, sorry!

I was just wondering which shop is best value for household stuff and toiletries? Trying to come up with a budget as I've recently become a sahm.

We have poundstretcher, lidl, b&m, and savers all close enough.

Thank you!

I think it depends what you buy - if you are happy with own brands then Lidl or Aldi are great. I buy most stuff in Aldi then get odds and ends elsewhere so Flash bathroom in Morrisons, Stardrops in B&M, etc. I buy discounted fancy stuff life posh soap from TK Maxx. The first three shops I named are all really close together near us so no separate shopping trips required.

I find asda really good for this sort of stuff; I love wilkos too but there isn't one where I live so I just have a bit of a splurge if I go a bit further a field.

I really know how to live don't I?Grin

I like savers for a few of my go to brands such as batiste dry shampoo! It is always cheaper there than in the other shops. If I'm not fussed about brand I get whatever is on offer with the weekly shop. Tesco and asda usually have a good deal on shampoos/conditioners and shower gels, so i just get them there.
