luda hope it is nesting! fed up by now. Had 38wk midwife appt today. Gead low, not engaged, all normal. Dont see them now for another 2 weeks. I dont think they give a toss when it is not your first! Measuring a bit small but then DD did so not too worried.

Pleased with everything I've done today, living room is pretty much clear now with the exception of 1 teensy hotpsot of DHs stuff. Playroom is also clear but why do they make so many little teeny toys that you just cant have enough containers for!!!

Did you see my neck of the woods on the tv today? A bit too close for comfort but the main thing is that no-one has been hurt. I hope the insurance companies do pay out.

I don't think that I'd heard that someone had been stabbed. I had heard that two female bouncers had been hurt at the uni when fair people had been refused entry. It'll all be in the local paper tomorrow, I'm sure.

I am not going to be online for long as I have only got 57p left on the electric meter. I phoned them up today and they said the key has been posted out and should be with me by tomorrow. They wont come out unless I have no electric at all and have not had any for 12 hrs!! They said it was my own fault as I should have done the key right in the first place. I say its there fault as I did not ask for the meter and it was their meter that went wrong in the first place. 2nd the meter atm is set to high for the price of each unit used. mine is set for 19.51p per unit and not 9.51p it should be set at. She said the new key will put it right and it will also say to them how much electric I have used and the cost and they will send me any money owed.

I have not got the heating on as that uses a fair bit on electric just to run the fans in it. Just the gas fire on tonight. Glad its warmer atm.I am not using the DW tonight as that will use too much so I washed up by hand.

The lounge needs hoovering but I don't want to do it just in case the electric does not last until tomorrow.

And there is NO Christmas lights on tonight.

I hope the key comes tomorrow. I have fingers crossed too that the WM comes Thursday like they said it would.

I suppose I should be glad its now and not Christmas week.

Oh dear HN. I was surprised how little i used last night. I still had £1.90 this morning even after using DW!
Fingers crossed key comes tomorrow.

Mine has gone down faster as it is costing me over 2 times what I should be paying. I should really have nealy £3 left. I drink a lot of coffee, so the kettle gets used a lot.

I will have a look at pics tomorrow, going now as going to bed to watch TV, a smaller TV so wont use so much electric.

I would like to know why I have used so much electric though, what with no WM or DT and going a careful not use too much it still has gone down fast.

Thanks for all your welcomes everyone. I've been very much more motivated today than I ususally am - dh came home and commented on how nice the house looks so at least I feel I've fulfilled part of my sahm duties today!
When the time came I couldn't be bothered to sort through the box of stuff removed from our spare room tonight but my sink is very shiny and the sofa has been hoovered to within an inch of its life so I'm happy

hazelnuts - when I kept running out from making too much coffee my mum bought me a huge thermos for xmas - was wonderful, but I drank more coffee!
