Lidl Combination Microwave - what do you think

I see The Lidl combination microwave is back In store this Thursday.

At £79 and a 3 year guarantee it appears attractive . I need a new microwave and I'd think seriously about this one. Anybody with personal experience of this microwave www.lidl-ni.co.uk/en/Offers.htm?action=showDetail&id=27635

It looks good value, with a 2 year guarantee you should get your money's worth. Goods from Aldi and Lidl are usually reasonable quality, sometimes surprisingly good.

One thing, it might be a bit small. Combis have insulated ovens so thick walls. Take a sample dinner plate with you and see if it will go in. Our 300mm plates will fit, so ours will roast a chicken (and also keep hot serving dishes or warm plates) but some are too small.

I have what I assume is the previous model, also bought from Lidl, not sure how long ago but I've been in my current house 4.5 years and it was before we moved here, so probably 5 years old at least? Never had any problems with it - so far! I've probably tempted fate now...

Come what may I bought one this morning, they only seemed to have five in stock and anyway I have two weeks to do some more research.

Even though I've bought I wood still be very interested in hearing from anyone who has a lidl microwave
