What do you do with receipts, vouchers etc

My purse & bag are stuffed with receipts, vouchers, coupons etc. I need to get organised & would ideally like a smaller purse than current bulky one.
What do you do with all this paper stuff & how do you keep organised so you can find the Sainsburys coupon when you need it?!
Also I have lots of cards for various things, not credit cards but things like library, Costa, gym, Boots etc. Does anyone manage to fit all this stuff in to a medium sized purse ir do you not carry everything with you all the time? Thanks for any tips! Determined to get organised!

I clean out my bag/purse before I go to bed every night, takes a few mins, worth it.

Vouchers I'm actually going to use I put in a plastic photo album type thing like an A5 size one, they live in the kitchen and I use as needed. Or if they can be used online I scan them in and save them in my "vouchers and discount code" folder on my laptop. If I know I won't use it I refuse them or I bin them (eg those number 7 boots vouchers you always get, I never keep things like that "just in case" as I won't use them).

Receipts, I only keep essential ones, general receipts get shredded and binned. (I have a little shredder in the kitchen so shredables get done instantly), scanned if necessary.

Cards - I have a separate card holder and all non debit/credit cards go in there and they live in my bag but not in my purse so it doesn't get crowded.

I only keep receipts for big purchases and they go in the lever arch file with the manuals.
The cards I try to cut down by downloading the apps instead- most places do them so you can scan your phone at the till instead.
Discount codes which can be used online are usually written down in the notes section of the kitchen calendar matching up to the corresponding month that the code expires. If it is a particularly long code then I will take a photo of it on my phone instead.
