How to clean the clear plastic tube at the bottom of a shower screen

I have a shower screen which has like a clear plastic,tube at the bottom. The tube has gone black inside where water has got into it, how can I clean this? I have been looking around for a long thin brush type thing but haven't found anything suitable.

Usually the strip slides out -although it can be fiddly work.

Once you have it out you can soak in bleachy water or a mould remover solution.

Thank you I am embarrassed that I didn't realise that the strip slid out. I now have a nice clean tube at the bottom of my shower screen - thank you!

Does anyone know if you can buy replacements for these? Ours split and is now sticking out!
