Sturdy ironing board?

Hello. Can someone please recommend a good ironing board that doesn't have that stupid metal rod that warps after about six months? Thanks.

Think the Brabantia ones are meant to be good but I iron so rarely I have a cheapo one from Tesco that's still going strong...
