I've heard it mentioned a little on here but what magic can it do?

I've never used it before, does it smell nice? does it clean things? what exactly is it?

and top tips for what you use it for please! Grin Grin

It is scented disinfectant. It's great. I soaked cotton wool in it and put it in my hoover, and also a drop in my steam cleaner.

GaggiaGirl can tell you about 1000 uses for it.

gaggiagirl · 18/08/2015 22:33

Cheers honey!!!
Here I am!
It does clean yes, so a drop in some water to damp dust. In your washing machine for maintenance or added scent, really knocks the stink out of trainers.
Put a drop down all your plugholes. Clean light bulbs with it. Mop your hard floors. Great for post child vom clean ups.

RosesandRugby · 18/08/2015 22:33

I mix with water and spray my curtains/mattress with it.
Use it neat on radiators so when they warm up you can smell the fragrance around the house.
I wash floors with it, pour down plug holes, wipe woodwork/pvc windows. My Gran used to wash her 'smalls' in it.

It comes in loads of different scents. I love bluebell and I'm very fond of flower shop although I think it's called bouquet instead now. Sweet pea is lovely and lavender too. There's a Facebook page which tells you when new fragrances are coming out. I love the stuff Grin

Backonthebike · 18/08/2015 22:34

I put a splash in the washing machine to kill bacteria as washing on low temperatures doesn't kill it.

The Zoflora website says you can do that and might list some other uses

gaggiagirl · 18/08/2015 22:34

I love apple, citrus, bouquet, spring time and pink grapefruit.

RavioliOnToast · 19/08/2015 04:03

is damp dusting better than just polishing with a spray and duster? these all sound brilliant! is it jot a bleach based product then if safe for washing machine? Grin

Sleepyfergus · 19/08/2015 17:57

No bleach in it so safe for washing machines etc

Cinnamon one is nice at xmas, esp on the radiators as a phase recommended.

PicnicPie · 19/08/2015 18:08

I love bouquet. I now get then at B&M where they are only £1 as recommended by someone on here.

Penfold007 · 19/08/2015 18:36

My nana used Zoflora for everywhere except the kitchen. I swear by it for taking the utterly disgusting 'man pongs' out of DS's sweaty, wet and lived in a kit bag for a week climbing gear. It seems to shift those last sweaty fragrances without leaving too much flowery fragrance. I even observed DS putting a drop in the washing machine draw yesterday when bunging his gym kit in.

Alchemist · 19/08/2015 18:38

Oh! This is my spiritual home :).

I get extremely happy and excited when I find a new scent. Use it mainly in the washer and the floors.

Zoflora Thanks

howabout · 19/08/2015 18:45

Love Zoflora - reminds me of my Grannie.

I put a couple of drops in the bottom of the bins when I clean them.

Loving all the tips and off to buy some cinnamon for winter. Bouquet is my favourite.

I am allergic to furniture polish and it makes DH sneeze. Damp dusting with a barely wet duster works just as well unless you need to beeswax occasionally on wood.

QforCucumber · 19/08/2015 18:48

There's am orchid scented one in home bargains at the moment - I love it, clean everywhere except kitchen with it. Kitchen I use stardrops. A little zoflora in a small bucket of warm water goes a long way.

JulesJules · 19/08/2015 18:49

I love the Exotic one but it seems a bit hard to find.

I put a few drops on kitchen roll and put on the radiators, use to wipe up cat wee, a few drops down the kitchen and bathroom plugholes. Great stuff.

LocalEditorEssex · 19/08/2015 18:56

Not the first time I have said this but DO NOT buy the clean linen one unless you want your home to smell of Brut Hmm

silverglitterpisser · 19/08/2015 18:56

Oriental Lily is the one! It's amazing, Zoflora, I pour n wipe it everywhere Grin .

CointreauVersial · 19/08/2015 19:13

Girl at school used to put it in her bathwater. Hmm

DorothyGherkins · 19/08/2015 19:19

The linen one is nice if you dont want a flowery smell, good for the laundry.

JulesJules · 19/08/2015 19:47

Oh yes, Oriental Lily is the one I meant, not exotic!

ICanSeeForMiles · 19/08/2015 20:00

I bought a little bottle of it and was confused as there was such a wide neck rather than a dropper or scoosher. I tried to use it on my loo and tipped half the bottle down there Grin

silverglitterpisser · 19/08/2015 20:27

Jules it's fab isn't it, smells like a perfume from years back which I can't quite place? must get out more .

WishICouldThinkOfACoolUsername · 19/08/2015 21:04

I soak my dishcloth in a basin of boiling water and zoflora citrus after doing the dishes, smells amazing and disinfects the cloth!

LadyRivers1 · 19/08/2015 21:09

Love Zoflora! I am known for having an obsession with it, I use Springtime and Lavender in boiling hot water and Fairy liquid for general cleaning. Use it in the washing machine too. And down the loo and plug holes. And radiators. Oh my on everything!

LadyRivers1 · 19/08/2015 21:10

Oh and I always have some diluted in spray bottles for quick cleaning

cosytoaster · 19/08/2015 21:18

I always pick up a bottle when I'm in a Spar - usually 75p - 85p a bottle there

echt · 20/08/2015 09:01

This has made me nostalgic. I can smell, in my mind's nose, the bouquet one my mum used. It's not sold in shops here in Au, but specialist online shops for homesick Brits sell it.
