How to ago an unused fridge smelling?

I have a fridge freezer which is currently unused, I've cleaned it out (it's not plugged in) and I want to stop it from smelling over time ... I've bought some of the croc neutralisers but wondered if anyone had a better solution?

Make sure it is completely dry inside and wedge something in the door to stop it from closing properly.

As long as it's kept open a bit it shouldn't smell
