Aargh! Glow in the dark slime in clothes!

Any ideas how to remove? Google suggests freezing & scraping off but it ran down in a long streak & doesn't seem scrapeable after freezing. Any other ideas?

Little bump for the morning

I know it sounds odd but that stuff sticks to itself really well, I would try getting it off with another (small) bit of slime, almost rolling it along into a ball.

It's cotton.
