Fintrop rail - need another bracket (flat panel that holds it to the wall)!

I bought this months ago, finally saved enough jobs together to get a handyman over, he opened it and said he couldn't fix it to the wall as they only had one bracket in the pack - the bracket being the flat panel with two holes that basically supports everything but makes sure no screws are showing! How do I get another one!? I've checked IKEA on-line, Amazon and Ebay, links appreciated. TIA!

Visit a store - they have a stock of bits and pieces so if it was missing when you bought it they'll probably be able to replace it for you.

Ah - mine is well over an hour's drive away plus toll charge!
I need to call them I think.

Call them and explain, they'll post it to you. They did this for me when some bits were missing from a chair.
