How do I clean a leather sofa?

My daughter's been sick on it. Have used water but would like to clean it a little better. Any ideas?

You can buy wipes too. Impregnated with leather polish.

we always use baby wipes for ours, one of the best things beause they conditionthe leather too, plus which theres always a ton of them around
