Had a dc vomiting incident yesterday on brand new
natural colour wool carpet. Googled best way to deal with it, everywhere said put bicarb down then vacuum up and then blot with plain water and then blot dry. Duly done, but have been left with white stains, it looks as though the bloody bicarb has made more of a mess than the vomit did. Did I do the wrong thing using bicarb?! Please tell me I can rescue the situation?!
