Help with Le Creuset Dish

This is quite an old Le Creuset Dish, it's probably been used every few days for ten years. But of late it has become impossible to clean and I wondered if there are any tips people have to get it sparkling again? It's my small roast/sausage/lasagne dish so often quite baked on food but I'm quite fond of it

Thanks in advance

Haveyou got an even bigger tray that could go on the hob it will fit within?

If not a washing up bowl will do.

Get a jug of very hot/ boiling kettle full of water.

Heap bicarb of soda onto the stained areas, add a small amount of water to make a paste and use a washing up brush to gently work into the effected areas.

Cover the whole lot in the boiling water, leave for an hour.

Scrub the effected area again.

If you can put it on a tray on the hob you can heat as you do it which i find even more effective.
