Bringing back best dirtied porcelain

Hi all. I've just had a toilet installed in a new bathroom that spent several months in the garden first. I've cleaned it and it's usable, but after a very short time it gets badly soiled. I've tried scrubbing with bicarbonate of soda, and a branded bleach + stain remover, but by the end of each week it's looks disgraceful again.

Any thoughts on what I could I use to bring it back up?

Thanks

'Badly' dirtied. Not best...

Vinegar, use disposable coffee cup to scoop out as much water as possible and tip several bottles of basic budget vinegar down it,, leave to soak for yonks. That thin, invisible coating of limescale make stuff stick.

Will do. Thanks for the tip

Three times as thick loo bleach for lime scale is what I use and it works very well.

Forgotten the brand name sorry. It's got to say three times thicker and lime scale on the label though
