Low fat fryers

I have been mulling over buying one of the low fat fryers, but i love my chips crispy, chunky and golden. does anyone know if they cook a decent chip or do they fail on the job.

We've got a Philips AirFry, it's brilliant. Cooks everything perfectly although it does take a little bit longer than a normal fryer

I find the airfryer cooks things quicker than the over but longer than a deep fat fryer,

we use ours for sausages, chips, even the likes of kievs etc definitely recommend.
