HELP stained pvc window sill

I was attempting to get rid of some flies from under my window sill outside and poured bleach on it, needless to say the White ledge is now stained yellow!! Does anyone have any tips how I can get rid of the stain if this is even do-able?? Help me please ????

My advice would be to just leave it and see if sunlight has any effect over time.

Please don't go pouring bleach over things next time you want to shift something!
