Toilet Cistern taking ages to refill

Any ideas as to why it may take one of our cisterns well over 5 minutes to replenish ? Toilet is only 2 years old .

mines like that, its something to do with something inside it... the ball thingy? Someone should know...

there should be a little lever inside the cistern that you can adjust to increase the flow of water into it. it's usually around where the arm of the ball thingy joins up.

Lift the lid off and have a little look.

It may have come slightly unhooked. My old loo used to do it and it only took Dh two ticks to fix it

Thank you . Have had a look while it flushed and it is just a trickle from the inlet. Compared it to our other one and it looks the same. Can't find a lever to adjust nr the ballcock arm though.
