We have a walk-in shower and I cant seem to get it to look clean. I have used shower spray and viakal and still it remains stained looking? Can anyone recommend anything?

I bought cillit bang limescale spray after reading this thread! It has transformed my life! My shower and kitchen sink are now sparkling clean. Am genuinely shocked as I've spent hours in the past with lemon juice, bicarbonate of soda and a toothbrush.

Yes to any acid based cleaner including vinegar for limescale, degreasers work well for soapscum, try a degreaser like fairy power spray forst to break down the soapscum (which locks in oils from our bodies so needs breaking down first) then rinse and tackle remaining limescale with an acid based cleaner, ie vinegar or commercial limescale removers.

Magic erasers help too for stubborn cases.

I used the cilit bang bleach spray, I sprayed the whole of the shower, tiles, grouting and screen, and I didn't even have to use a sponge or cloth, when I rinsed it left everything sparkling clean....not seen it in supermarkets though, we got it from b and q.

Drying the screen after you've cleaned it as well- makes a big difference.
