Truly non-stick bakings trays?? do they exist?

I am sick of buying new baking trays, roasting tins etc that all claim to be 'non-stick' as after a few washes they are non-stick no more.
Can anyone recommend any decent ones out there?

I cut some Bake o glide to fit each of my trays rather than relying on the non-stick.

I use the silicon liners that comes in a roll and you cut to fit your usual baking trays.

Circulon trays are amazing...totally non stick. You can get good deals on Amazon.

Afraid I totally disagree about circulon, at least the insulated ones which have 2 layers. They have holes through which water will enter, but not come out. And they are not non - stick. Unfortunately, I bought 4 at once as they were recommended to me, and I cannot tell you how happy I felt when I recycled them. ( & I never normally bin things like that)
