Wax crayons scribbles on cupboard

DD has scribbled on an oak cupboard with navy wax crayon? Battling to get it off. Any ideas?

Kim and Aggie (how clean is your house) suggest heating the crayon a little with a hairdryer then rubbing with milk on a rag.
