Just that really. Everyone is ready waiting for us even above in the chain and just realising solicitor is not the best and missing things out. I don't want to shot myself in the foot but really getting to a stage when i want to have a big go at them. Do i have any rights. I know we could technically change them but at this stage i don't know if that would end up being longer ?

If you are using an Estate Agent, will/do they speak to them?

We sold a property recently and our buyers solicitors were terrible, they wouldn't speak to our solicitor (or their own clients, a lot of the time) and it was frustrating. You have my sympathy, hope things are resolved for you very soon.

Very difficult and I would consider having a word to be honest. We had a solicitor recommended to us many yrs ago and found him to be lovely but slow in the extreme and only with hindsight realised that we should have said something. We're now selling a property and have gone with the one next door to the selling agents, used and recommended by them as the price is the same but service quick!

Sushpenfold that is exactly what we did. Went with my friends recommendation who thought they were quick. Now realising that she thought moving in 2 month is quick which i would agree but not with 2 people and no chain either side. I now realise we should have gone with the one our estate agent had recommended. I have now sent a complaint email to head partner so will see if there is any progress from here

With not work.

Your seller's solicitors won't update you as you're not their client. You need to contact your one.
