Henry's nose hose has detached!

My beloved Henry Hoover has a broken nose hose. Should I let DH loose on him or splash out £7 on a new one and maybe even some new bags to make him all better?

"maybe even some new bags"?

Don't you normally replace the bag when it's full?

Henry has a 9 litre bag capacity so bag changing is a special treat or when I suddenly realise he has finally lost suck . So liberating after years of bagless high maintenance Mr D.

£7 sounds very reasonable. For my previous Miele, the hose split, and I discovered that the hard plastic end fittings unclip, and clip onto a new hose.
