How much should window cleaning cost in South London

I have 6 windows in a 2nd floor flat. All perfectly ordinary, no unusual shapes nor access. I've had two quotes.
Quote A said £90 for just external or £160 for internal and external.
Quote B said £35. And didn't specify whether that was for inside, outside or both.

I'm astonished the quotes are so different.

I pay £12 for the outsides on my 4 bed house. Not London, but South East.

A one man and his ladder job, not a fancy company.

I suppose 2nd floor might make a difference. How would they get access?

We pay £40 for a five bed house, outside only in the south east. No ladders, he has a water system thing that reaches the upstairs windows

We pay 30 quid for a six bedroom house in south london, 4 floors and one of those hose things on a stick. Just external but there are 18 windows!

3 floor, 19 windows. Home Counties. £20 external only and £35 for inside & out. Anything more is a rip off!

Stupid question
For those of you that have inside & outside done, how do they do the inside if they use a water pole thingy?

we only get it done once a year or so!
thing on a stick is way way cheaper (less than half), but obviously not inside, and can't do the top windows at all.

South east london, three bed house outside only £9.00 man & ladder.
