Am felling a bit better now - DH told me he randomly cleared out the cupboard under the sink yesterday so that's the mission done! I have had a biscuit and a sit-down whilst sorting through my handbag and my paperwork and am now just about to file it all, then
write some cards to people and then I will be sorted for my Admin Day jobs too! Still feel huge and quite tired, but better for having done a bit.

Tort - I don't know you v well as I am quite new here, but I hope everything sorts out and you get the Christmas Day that you hope for

Hi All,
Have done ok today have cleaned kitchen living room and playroom oh and bathroom.Hoovered and mopped ,went to Sainsburys and did 2 loads of washing.Actualy i've done quite a bit seeing it typed out .WELL DONE ME!!
Ruby i know what you mean about shopping.I started a thread earlier asking people what they spend haven't checked if anyones answered yet.I'd really like to cut my food bill to save pennies for xmas.
Pippah sorry to hear you're so tired how far on are you btw?I don't miss being pregnant EVER.Hated feeling sick fat and tired all the time.Some people thrive on it but not i.
Tortoise can i come and have a go on the trampoline sounds fun.Really hope you get the boys for xmas only fair if he had them last year.

Squatch - I'm 38 weeks now.... not surprising that I feel huge and tired. My DS (19m)is not at home today...why is it when he's away that it all catches up with me and I feel knackered?! About saving money on shopping, I switched to doing my main shop from Lidl a while back and am saving loadsa money. I fill in the gaps from elsewhere but I manage to get a fair amount of my shop there - fruit, veg, bread, yoghurts, chese, ham, pasta, rice etc. I think in germany it's a mainstream supermarket, so often the stuff is better quality than you would imagine.

Squatchette, I saw your thread, but there was an almost identical one a week or so ago. I've linked to it for you.

I'm spending less now that I'm sticking to my menu plan and doing a weekly shop. £80-90 for the big shop, and £25ish during the week for top ups. Family of 5.

I've spent way too much time lurking on here today, and got very little done.
Bathroom is good, bedroom had a quick rescue, kids room had a quick rescue, but then they had friend round for tea and trashed it again.

Hi all. I had a so so day today. I went to bath with Mum Tree and DD to do some shopping. I think I over did it as I was so tired before we got home. I went to bed and that was that for 3 and a half hours.

Mum Tree has done everything again and I feel so bad that she has to do so much. She is in the bath at mo, well earned hot soak.

I have got the GPs tomorrow afternoon, so hope she can give me some idea when I should be feeling better.

Tortoise, How come its going to take so long? The finial hearing was supposed to be last week. What can they do which is going to take so long to do? It looks like they were nowhere near the finial hearing last week to take that long now before you have yet another finial hearing!

I really hope they are doing something really cool to help you get the DSs home where they should be. With what you said happened in court last week and the pro saying that you did not have the right work done for you, I hope they get it right this time!!

My fingers will be crossed for you. I sort of know how you feel about the SS. I do wonder where they come from sometimes.

Naughty HN over doing it!
Its the new assessment they want done.They have appointed a professional person to do it but they have waiting lists and its work over a few weeks i guess. When i spoke to SW today she didn't seem bothered about how i felt about time its taking.All she said was she hasn't know a case go on so long!
Yes all this should of been thought of and done by Nov. and .

Yes I was naughty, very silly as well really as now I dont feel tired as I had all that sleep this afternoon.

I was glad to read that your borther got sorted last night. I hope he wont do that again. You and your sister cant keep runing around for him, he should be helping you both really.

As for SS. Well I love waiting lists NOT! Its always waiting lists, what are you suppose to do in the mean time, put life on hold and hope that you have a life to start going again. Grrrrrrrr to the SS, I have been seeing them now for over 2 years. Yet they have not helped me 1 bit. Just made my life even harder than it was before!(yet they say I have a better life now in reports!)

P.S I know how you feel tortoise with and I am very much like that with SS and the way they work.

If your xp1 is like my xp1 then he is :0 and with them. Unless your xp1 is as he has to have the DSS longer if he does not really want them. /

Quootie can you tell us what's with the hamsters i've noticed a few mentions when i skimmed all the thread titles??

Just spent 2 hours sorting computer some weird virus totaly froze it.DP blaming MN thought he was going to say can't come here any more{{hyperventilate emoticon}}.Doesn't he realise this is my social life??

Got a busy day tomorrow Hectic Friday as i call it.Hospital,bank and foodshopping .I had to go to Sainsburys today as we ran out of food a day early only got bits for today yet spent over £20.
I'm going to have a go at menu planning.Thanks for the link on other thread Jelley (or dave)
