Do I need a multifunction oven?

We need to replace our current oven and it seems there are 2 options - a straightforward fan oven or a multifunction one. The price difference is abut £120. Is a multifunction oven worth the extra? Does anyone actually use the pizza, pastry settings and is the self cleaning option worth it? Thanks.

My self cleaning oven is just as manly as previous ovens!! And doubt I would use the extra functions - had them briefly on a previous oven in our old house. We bake and made pizzas but just used ordinary oven through habit and all was cooked as it should be!
