dust inside radiators - anyone?

we had builders and the radiators got full of dust

this is like a year ago

I can see it but can't get to it to clean it

however dh has asthma and I often ponder to myself... I wonder if these dusty radiators are making it worse

anyone know if a) the dust will all be baked on by now and making no difference or b) how the feck I can clean/ get cleaned the inside of the radiator?

want to get in there with a wet ecloth but, you know, it's a radiator

Depends what type of radiator. Could you use one of those long handled rollers you can get for painting behind them
