Hi all,
The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that we've changed the name of this topic. This is as a result of threatened legal action by Hearst Magazines. Hope no one minds too much.

Haha Confused petty wankers.

Most of us are crap at it anyway

TheJiminyConjecture · 30/04/2015 16:04

^ What squeezy said Grin

SoupDragon · 30/04/2015 16:06

Oh God, Housekeeping.

Teladi · 30/04/2015 16:21

The Futility Room

BertieBotts · 30/04/2015 16:22

Ha! That's hilarious. I assumed it was to do with the length like the others.

magimedi · 30/04/2015 16:32

How long has it taken them to notice?

Sad, just sad!

Petty, petty, petty of Hearst Mags.

Love Superior Housekeeping. Or, you know, Goodish Housekeeping.

AgentProvocateur · 30/04/2015 16:56

Good-enough housekeeping. I unsubscribed recently - they should call it Frumpy Fashions and Breast Cancer Stories.

HermioneGrangerHair · 30/04/2015 18:50

Crap Housekeeping would do it for me!

olbas · 30/04/2015 19:42

But didn't you just do a very nice interview in the latest copy....gits!

kippersmum · 30/04/2015 20:10

I think Superior Housekeeping, or Life in the Futility Room, would be better titles :)

Fizrim · 30/04/2015 21:57

Yes, I frequently get them confused and it is much better to keep things separate as we don't want them taking all our good advice for free Wink

Davros · 30/04/2015 22:44

I noticed the title change and thought it was some attempt to be less sexist!??! As long as I know where to look ......

IrenetheQuaint · 30/04/2015 22:48

What about 'Living in Squalor'?

MaryMotherOfCheeses · 30/04/2015 22:51

Cor, they're quick off the mark aren't they!

Maybe they have issues with their own housekeeping. I imagine they've got one of those dusty piles of unopened envelopes...

PinkSquash · 30/04/2015 22:52

How petty of Hearst. GH mag isn't a patch on MN GH. They are well jel.

Hassled · 30/04/2015 22:54

Have Hearst Magazines really got nothing better to do with their time?

I like the Futility Room suggestion. Or you could call it Pointless Domesticity?

FirstOfficerDouglasRichardson · 01/05/2015 17:38

That's pathetic... Good grief.

In retaliation I won't bother buying Good Housekeeping magazine in the future.

letitlinger · 04/05/2015 01:24

Just noticed this now. Can't believe they did that!

echt · 04/05/2015 09:09

What colossal tossers. I won't read their mag again, not even in the dentist's waiting room.

Can we turn this thread into "Re-name the topic"? Some excellent ones already.
