Can I Handwash Foam Pads?

I have two bits from a carrycot that look a bit grubby. They are both fabric-covered bits of foam. Can I handwash them with warm water? Will that work? Or am I stuch with spot washing?

My mum put the ones from the moses basket she was given for me in the washing machine on a delicate wash and it came out fine.

I've stuck more delicate things through at 30degrees.

I ended up handwashing them, they came out fine, I think. They weren't that gross, anyway, a little swoosh in some soapy water appears to have fixed them.

I let DS2 wash the rest of the carry cot, and he got it a tiny bit too wet, but did a good job otherwise
