I have a Henry that has broken so need a new Hoover.

2 kids, hard floorboard carpets.

I didn't rate the Henry, but I have never used any thing else.

What does everyone recommend under 250-300?

Thank you

Miele C3 Cat & Dog!

Hetty. She's our petBlush

Hetty & Henry are identical.

The Miele Cat & Dog comes with 2 floor heads - a turbo brush for carpets and the standard floor head for hard floors, so you have the best for both floor types.

This time last week I would have recommended the Miele Cat and Dog but mine blew up yesterday after only a year and a half and I'm fuming Angry .

My DP is dying to come on this thread and point out you mean vacuum cleaner. Grin

I call our Dysob the Hoover all the time because it amuses me how it winds him up.

I like my Dyson btw, would recommend. Used to have a cleaner come though and she wouldn't use it, she brought her own Henry.

We have an AEG hoover, absolutely amazing and a bargain at £140

Recently got a samsung lift and clean, I have varnished floorboards, laminate, vinyl, tile and carpet and it copes with all of it brilliantly. Can't believe how much better than the dyson it is. Makes light work of the dusting too.
