I have a stack of ironing that I really should be doing whilst DD is at playschool and DS is asleep, so why am I still here looking at Mumsnet??

This is an addiction, medication and help needed for Flumpybumpy please!!!!!

Never!
Sort through it, pick out what really needs to be ironed and do 15 minutes. I'll go and make a cup of coffee and meet you back here

Flumpybumpy · 03/11/2006 13:25

Right, I'm back!! Ironed about half of the pile, DD (3) is fed and watching Snow White, my Godson (6mths) is fed and having a nap and my DS (5wks) is fed and also having a nap so peace reigns in the Flumpy household. Now time to fed my belly and Mumsnet addiction for half and hour before I have to go pick up my other godson (5) from school!

You are a busy bee! How an earth do you fit everything in?!

Flumpybumpy · 03/11/2006 13:30

Did I mention that I also have two jobs, but on mat leave so enjoying some time off!!!

Believe me by the time DH gets home and my Godsons have been picked up I am ready to flop. The only thing that keeps me sane is knowing I can chat away on Mumsnet during the day!!

I am not surprised you are ready to flop! I find it hard working and having only ds!

Thought someone had been spying on me when I read that thread title then LOL.

I have mountains of ironing but I have already scrubbed kitchen from top to bottom and cleared out airing cupboard so am having a break.

Flumpybumpy · 03/11/2006 13:36

Uh-oh DS just woken up and screaming his head off! Have to start getting ready for the school run anyway, sorry ladies but I have fly.

I will check back later and see how much you have all got done (or not, if you stay chatting on Mumsnet he he)
