Any suggestions for getting nail varnish stains off a white cabinet?

DD has managed to get neon pink nail varnish on our new white bathroom cabinet. She didn't spill it, but she was removing it from her nails and somehow as she was rubbing them it's stained the surface. Nail varnish remover doesn't shift it and neither does normal cleaner and a scourer, is there anything else I could try?

I know what you mean, this happened to me. This sounds a bit weird maybe, but hairspray...leave it for a bit, then wipe off.
Depending on the surface, you could try leaving Cillit Bang on it for a while and see if that shifts it or WD40/penetrating oil maybe.

OK I've definitely got hairspray and sure DH will have some WD40 lurking. Thanks, I'll give those a go.

... And if those don't work, try a Flash Magic Eraser. They're AMAZING.
