We have an american style Neff fridge freezer that is 2 years old and it has started to make a humming noise, which stops when you open the doors. It seems to be worse in the evenings - or maybe I just notice it more when the kitchen is quite before I go to bed. Tried searching on line and there was a suggestion that it is the gases circulating, but it is happening more frequently and for longer periods. Any ideas?
