Just heard from our neighbour - apparently we have to sign something from the people carrying out the work to rectify it before they can go ahead.
I asked her why - but she didn't know.
I've no problem at all with her getting it treated, but why do we have to sign a form? Just what are we letting ourselves in for? Any ideas?
