My vacuum has died which new one shall I buy?

It's an old Dyson and been repaired many times.
I want a beastie machine to clean up cat hair. DH does the hoovering and says it has to be an upright not a cylinder.
Any recommendations please?

A Miele Cat & Dog every time for me, but I'm not sure if they do uprights.

There's two miele vacuums in our family, both have had faults. I'm going for Sebo next time.

I'd avoid the Vax Power Pet 8.

We got it to replace the Dyson. It was my first EVER new hoover. And it's awful. I clogs with pet hair and the brush things hammer your carpet.

I wish I had a Sebo.
