I need a blender. I'm considering getting the Sage by Heston Blumenthal the Kinetix Control Blender. Please add your wise words. TIA :)

I have no idea about the blender you mention. I have the Magimix one which I love. It can be difficult to take apart for deep cleaning so you might want to look at that aspect when choosing a blender. I'm not sure if it is really necessary but having an automatic setting for smoothies is great. I just set it going and it stops when ready (as long as I haven't put in too much frozen fruit).

I have this one. It's great as the motor is strong but it doesn't have a big clunky base.

I work it pretty hard and have made lovely things with it.

On it's fast setting it can whisk beautifully and on it's slow it can even handle nuts

I also love my Magimix.
