Best steam mop? Help!

Looking to get a steam mop, mainly for laminate floor, but handheld attatchment would be useful for doing hob / bath / oven etc etc..

Please tell me which are the best!

Thanks!

I wouldn't bother. I have the Morphy Richards one but it is a faff to set up. I find just getting down on my knees with a damp cloth does just as well. Maybe if I had acres of floor to clean I might feel the benefit, but I find that I need to use just as much elbow grease with a steam mop as with a cloth.

I was told ladybug steam cleaner is the best. BUT expensive nor I know if it sell in your country.

I've got a shark and I love it. I already had the hand held shark then bought a mop in the sales that has a handheld bit on it too with all the same attachments as the handheld one. I think it's called the steam pocket mop.

I've got a vax and I love it. I had a cheaper one before that and it was ok but my Vax one feels a lot sturdier and has a much longer lead and a bigger water tank.

i have a H2o steam mop... it comes with sooooo many attachments
it literally does everything... i even used it to strip the paint off my decking and after i decorated my house it got gloss on my flooring and it removed it with no damage haha Grin

oh and it can be hand held aswell! good for cleaning the bathroom and windows as it's also got an attachment for that Smile

I've just bought the Morphy Richards 9-1 - a complete waste of money.

PagingDrFaggot · 03/04/2015 22:40

I had the Morphy Richards one which I agree was utter total crap. Now have the shark mop and handheld thing in one bought for me by my mother ( suspect she was trying to tell me something about the state of my floors !) and I love it . Use it for everything takes 2 mins to set up and get going and cleans brilliantly .

BaroquePearl · 03/04/2015 22:43

I likewise thought the Morphy Richards 9 in 1 was rubbish, but my Vax replacement is fab.

Eigg · 03/04/2015 22:50

I have a Vax 15 in 1 and it is brilliant. Lots of useful attachments and you can use detergent with it too.

Worth every penny.
