Where do all the socks go?

Seriously! Anyone else keep losing them? One of mine and one of ds' socks have gone missing over the last few weeks and it's driving me nuts! Could the washing machine be eating them?!

If you're only missing two socks, then you're doing well. I've got a carrier bag full of them.

We all have the same coloured socks in this house.
I have navy, DP has white and ds has a baby blue.
Luckily we are still in the stage where ds cant horde his clothes in his room, although I cant say the same for dp.

TheOne we always buy the same brand. Sometimes DP buys the wrong kind, but even then it's easier to find a pair when you have 12 identical socks rather than just 2.

Why, there's a party for single socks every Friday night. I suppose that's where they go if they don't get along well with the other one anymore.

If odd socks have disappeared, chances are your house elf will have gone too. I blame SPEW.
