Anybody else have these, I don't have th often but when I do.. well anything goes.

So far today I have stripped down the pram and washed it, stripped off all sofa covers and washed them. Stripped the kids beds and washed them, oh and washed 2 loads of towels too.

Next is going to be the living room curtains, then it will be the bedding for my room.

Shame carpets won't fit in, sone of my small rugs do though :p

I had one yesterday, washed the dog bed blanket and all her toys, washed the bath mat, tea towels and various cloths/flannels etc
Considering stripping and washing the sofa and it's cushions now, smells like dog Hmm gross!

I always use extra fabric conditioner for sofa and it smells lovely for ages, same with my curtains. :)

Ah thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try Smile

yes I had a spate of that last week, bathmats, bedding, then the curtains were a bit mildewey, so I ignored the instructions, chucked them on at 60 and spectacularly melted the blackout lining...

Oh dear Meeps!

My sofa isn't supposed to be machine washable as stain guarded, not thar the stain guarding does it any good! I only wash it at 30 and use liquid only detergent as powder sits on the fabric for some reason.

I've currently got 2 sets of curtains in from the living room, never washed them before so hoping they survive! I'm planning to avoid ironing them by letting them hang dry.. well I'm hoping that works anyway hmm
