How do I get baby clothes really clean?

Im about to get all of our dc1s baby clothes out of the loft to start sorting them for dc2. They have been yp there about 2 years in vacuum bags. Any good products or general recomendations ffor getting them really clean and lovely?

Extra rinse cycle, hang in sunshine (fades last stains and kills lingering bugs), then quick tumble for softness.

I absolutely loved getting the baby things down each time and they were good as new after a wash.
