How do you get out baby dribble/sick stains?

Hi everyone,
Wondering if you can help-my daughter is currently teething and hence us dribbling like a bullmastiff!
Anyway-all of her white/light coloured clothing is being turned a yellowish/orange colour and I cannot seem to get it out!
Have soaked the clothing/sprayed it with vanish/hand washed it/put it on a high temperature wash-nothing had worked so far and the clothes just look really grotty!
I do use dribble bibs but they don't always catch it!
Can anyone recommend any products or techniques?

Weather. A couple of days out on the line. I use cloth nappies and this method shifts every stain I have encountered.

Old fashioned washing soap and as Stargirl has already suggested, line dried.

do you use bio detergent?

Have you tried Napisan? Safe for babies and gets most stains out.
