Dryer is showing it needs lint removing and water tank emptying and then stops working. Although machine has been cleaned out and water tank emptied.
Anyone else had this with a condenser dryer.
Have checked manual, which had nothing listed.
Roll on warmer weather and drying outdoors again Smile
Thanks.

What make is it?
We have a Siemens which did this twice, first time the engineer was rather sour and unblocked some pipes, the second time we had a different engineer who said that there was a design fault with the pump in it and that it WASNT our fault, he changed the pump and so far no problems since

Have you cleaned out the condenser unit?

It's amazing how this gets blocked up - full of fluff and grot.

As well as the water tank and filter, there is a separate (large) filter right at the bottom of our machine, you are recommended to pull it out and rinse it through with water once a month. I do it occasionally ...
