Hi I have an intergrated fridge/freezer that smells absolutely awful.i cleaned it out yesterday put some sliced lemons and a tray of baking soda in there.a few weeks ago a carton of milk was in the door shelf it mystery have had a hole in it and leaked down into the freezer which is underneath. There are small plastic slates at the bottom & it leaked through them into the underneath of the freezer.
I don't know if this is where the stink is coming from because it looks clean.has anybody experienced this problem? I have cleaned the outlet hole at the back of the fridge as well. The slate bit at the bottom is attached to the freezer door I wouldn't have a clue how to take it off.. Help I don't know what to do next :(

I've now identified it's not the milk spillage but the draining outlet at the back of the fridge I've cleaned it out and put a drop of warm water down it but the smell is still there.ive also stuck a fridge odour ball in there but to no avail I really don't know what to do next

Is it blocked, poke it with a cotton bud, if it comes out black, keep cleaning it with a load more?
