Lakeland heated airer cover

Has anyone bought one?

I'm not sure I want to spend £30 on one (especially after spending nearly £100 on the airer) but I hung my duvet cover over the fully loaded airer last week and was surprised how much quicker everything dried.

I just use a kingsize sheet

I use big towels and hang shirts around the sides... Works really well.

I just hang the bigger things from my load of washing over the top - shirts, towels etc.

PuppyMonkey · 27/02/2015 14:11

Yep, king size sheet over the top does the same job.

A duvet cover or table cloth is perfectly adequate.
Why spend £30 on an extra thing to store.

Thanks for the replies.

I'll just stick with what I already have then Smile

Fwiw, I have one and am very pleased with it. I just leave it permanently on the airer so it doesn't need storing as such.

Another vote for slinging a blanket or duvet cover over it instead!
