My dd has just decorated herself, and the carpet, with sudocrem. Any suggestions as to how i get it off the carpet??!

Had the same. Was very funny to see (ghost face DD with only two little eyeholes) but less funny to remove (from the rented house we had only just moved into.) I scraped all the excess off first and then (if I remember rightly) used a dilute solution of washing powder in warm water. It worked a treat, but took ages to do properly, and lots of scrubbing!

thanks i will give it a go... hopefully clear it up before dh comes home. Otherwise how do i explain how my dd (age 1.1) was halfway up the stairs playing with the sudocrem??!

I scrubbed with washing up liquid and warm water, really really wetting it! Came off a treat!
