Steam ovens

We are getting a new kitchen and DH really wants a steam oven as well as a normal one. We do steam a lot of our food (veg, fish and meat) in a cheap little electric steamer, so it imagine we'd use it but I'd love to hear from people who already have one - what are they like to use and maintain? Are they worth it?

uuurgh, my message just disappeared...i'll start again. I'm looking at getting a steam oven - it's just so much healthier. I like one specific brand (not sure i'm allowed to mention on here who it is) however it's easy to clean and maintain and de-scale. saw this review www.alarisavenue.co.uk/blog/cooking-with-steam-html/ I think it's a good investment, so if you're already used to cooking with steam, there won't be a massive change in the way you;'re doing things now :)
