Laundry airer (outdoors) can you recommend one?

Mine is jiggered, the lines are all snapping (I know from previous experience it is a pain to replace and get the tension) the up/down doesn't work now

So: I need

huge to take loads of washings
ability to move down to load and up to dry
one I can buy instore preferably
easy to fold down and put a cover on to keep it clean

I have a concreted in post holder already

Was going to say the brabantia wall mounted one but I see you want to use the post you already have.

Mine is fab and so cheap. Really sturdy wee bugger too. Might not suit you though but thought i'd mention it as i love it so much.
