Anyone had washing machine brushes replaced?

Sorry not been on the site for ages,

Just wondered if anyone have the brushes replaced on the motor of their washing machine? If so how much did it cost you?

I have just had to have the ones on my machine replaced an wondering if what he quoted was about right.

Sorry know it is a strange question. Just didn't know who to ask and thought with all the people in this forum someone might know. Sorry babbling.

Funnily enough, I have just had that done. It was £65.

DH did ours cost £15.00 for brushes

I wouldn't have known where to start doing it myself. Didn't have a clue what was wrong. Was really hoping it was going to be something really cheap the way things are at the moment. But thanks, knowing how much the brushes cost helps put it all in perspective.

£70. Old machine but it was worth it.
